Our company officially launched a full range of complete industrial quartz instruments, including quartz boats, quartz crucibles, quartz flanges, quartz reaction tubes and quartz supporting brackets, providing one-stop customized services for heat treatment and new material laboratories.

All instruments are made of high-purity transparent fused silica, featuring high temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance without cracking under rapid heating and cooling.

Different from low-cost milky quartz, they are suitable for continuous working temperature over 1000℃.

We support one-to-one mold customization according to clients’ equipment drawings, including special-shaped welding and sealing processing, compatible with mainstream equipment such as tube furnaces, sintering furnaces and vacuum coating machines.

All instruments are delivered with dimension inspection sheets and purity quality reports. Extra thick foam and export wooden cases are adopted for packaging to avoid breakage during long-distance transportation.
